Theme
This year’s fancy dress extravaganza saw a Tarantino-esque vibe, with the expected array of characters including an inevitable Jules or 2, in more than one outfit, a brace of Mia Wallaces and a whole bevvy of Beatrix Kiddos. |

Charity integration
Working with the charity the Mental Health Foundation, we enabled our client’s wish to provide a ticket purchase platform. Adding in a topical cause as benefactor and being in line with the business values also resulted in a greater understanding of footfall and invite uptake. |

Production
We sourced and managed all the service providers including AV, staging, lighting and all in front of the lenses of videography, post award vlog space, with paparazzi wall, stills for the show and the audience. |

Artwork coordination and provision for graphics in large print format, production of festival flags, signage, flyers and menus. |
Trading Team from French bank based in London hosted wine tasting

Wine Tasting
Providing 4 sommeliers, 1 of whom acting as host, we devised a wine walk-through experience for the audience, showcasing wines of exceptional quality and desirability and, in some cases, slightly unusual provenance. |

Expert glassware was provided to enhance the experience and further quality. |

Printed collateral
We worked with the client in producing the all-important pamphlet with wine notes and descriptions and signage for the different areas of the venue space. |

Food and Beverage
To complement the wine experience hot and cold food was passed and station served in order to make the event an evening rather than a drop in. |
“H-FEST” – Birthday Party
This was another party displaced by the pandemic but probably to a slight advantage as the client elected to go the whole hog for an outdoor alfresco mini festival event.
C. 100 guests; friends and family enjoyed the hoe-down feel with a music / dance space in a 10m tipi, a glamping field for the overnighters in 6 x 5m bell tents (we even provided the much need morning after survivor’s breakfast – full fry up of course with all the necessary dietary acknowledgements!
Jack Sprat co-ordinated a bespoke cocktail bar and mixologists, providing all beverage stock, poly carb glassware, ice, a Street Food truck, hay-bales and fire pit, all supported by temporary power, trailer loos and security.

Who’s behind the scenes?
We have a team of incredible people to make your corporate event happen – everyone from event managers to servers. Meet the people leading them:
Matt Quarendon
Matt looks after clients and handles operations that make the business tick.
Matt’s worked in the events and catering sector in and around London since 1998. He has been lucky to be involved in some very significant and landmark events during that time – including major opening events of The Channel Tunnel, Bluewater, and St Pancras Station and 20 years of both Farnborough and Paris air shows.
During all this, Matt’s passion has been recruitment and training, with the whole business revolving around the attraction of good people and encouraging their development and motivation to achieve.
Outside of making events incredible, he’s a dedicated family man, outdoorsman, ex-rugby player and coach and will easily bore you to tears about Rhône wines and Triumph motorcycles.
Sean Griffin
Sean is here to keep an eye on the budgets, compliance and production of all our operations.
Sean started out in the events at the ripe age of 16, silver serving fish & chips on the South Coast and migrated up to London in the mid-noughties. With a background in law, health & safety and food safety, his experience drives the behind-the-scenes aspects of events. His career has seen him working on the Royal Wedding, London Olympics, Masterpiece Fine Art fair and a wealth of other high-profile events, private house functions and festivals
When he’s not making events running like clockwork, you can find Sean on two wheels cycling through Epping Forest and stopping off for a glass of wine!
